The Albrechtsberg Castle in Dresden, sometimes also called Albrechtsschloss, is one of the three Elbe castles on the right bank of the Elbe in the Loschwitz district.

It was built between 1850 and 1854 by Adolf Lohse for Prince Albrecht of Prussia (1809-1872), the youngest brother of the Prussian kings Friedrich Wilhelm IV and Wilhelm I (also German Emperor from 1871). The late classical building in the tradition of Karl Friedrich Schinkel is the most representative of the three Elbe palaces. In 1925 it was sold by the heirs to the city of Dresden. The destruction of Dresden in 1945 did not affect the castle. After being used by the SMAD administration in Dresden and as a hotel, it became a pioneer palace until 1990. Returned to the city of Dresden in 1990, it is now primarily used for cultural and artistic purposes.

The Lingner Castle, actually Villa Stockhausen, is geographically the middle of the three Elbe Castles in Dresden. Centrally located in the former World Heritage Dresden Elbe Valley (2004-2009), its terrace offers an impressive view of a large part of the area and it was chosen as the seat of the World Heritage Centre. The name "Lingnerschloss" (colloquially given after the most famous former owner and resident of the building, Karl August Lingner, the inventor of the Odol mouthwash) is more common today than the original name "Villa Stockhausen".

Schloss Eckberg is one of the three Elbe castles and is located on the right bank of the Elbe in Dresden, about 3 kilometers up the Elbe from the city center. West of Eckberg Castle is the Lingner Castle and next to it the Albrechtsberg Castle.
