Forma de la Muntanya que per aixo es diu cap del mort

      April 27, 2022

El Cap de Mort is a Montserrat pin located at the top of the mountain. Despite having an altitude that places it at 1,085 meters high, at the foot of the path it does not appear like a large peak. Around this unique needle, with a toponym that is given to it because of its resemblance to a skull or death's head, and we find several legends that refer to its name and the world of witchcraft.
The Cap de Mort spire, and the summit of the Serra de les Onze Hores has a route equipped with ropes, which will serve us to make the entire turn around the spire, passing right under the roof of the part that forms the head, and immediately ascend to the summit part. A series of more horizontal ropes will lead us close to the way up to the Serrat de les Onze Hores, which we will have to climb, making an easy section of the climb. To do the route and for greater safety, you will need to be equipped with a helmet, harness and via ferrata radiator.

The detour here is worth it.
