Hiking
The Sufi Trail is a long-distance hiking trail from Istanbul to Konya and a section on the old pilgrimage route to Mecca. Sedat Çakır initiated the trail and reconstructed the route based on historical information.
The route is mostly very successful. Care is required in individual sections. There the path leads cross-country and can only be found safely with maps. Still recommendable. Even if overgrown in one place!
