Do you like hairpins? The climb to Taucho has as many as you want! 20+ of them actually! Gradient is pretty steep (9% average) but consistent, and there's almost no car traffic (getting to the base of the climb instead, requires you riding on a wide but busy road). The climb is, as many are in Tenerife, completely exposed (so beware of heat, bring water and put your sunscreen on :P), but the views are stunning
