Hiking
The Galgenberg is a large burial mound between Groß Vahlberg / Klein Vahlberg in Lower Saxony, which was archaeologically examined in 1907. In the Middle Ages and early modern times, the hill served as a place of execution with a gallows. The elevation is today with an oak. It has been under protection as a natural monument since March 1945.
