Haría is one of the seven municipalities of Lanzarote. Its capital, of the same name, is located in the Valley of the 1000 Palms, the most fertile part of the island.

The center of Haría is the long, shady Plaza León y Castillo, with its Chinese fig and eucalyptus trees. A weekly farmers' and crafts market takes place here.
