Hiking

The Sik is a locomotive mainly built by Werkspoor and which was often used by the Dutch Railways for shunting freight wagons. These locomotives were also in use on various private company sites. After a number of prototypes, two series were produced: the "Sik" series 103-152 (1930-1932) and the stronger, diesel-electric series 201-369 (1934-1940, 1949-1951), originally "Groote Sik". called. The series 100 is sometimes referred to as "Oersik" but this was made up by a hobbyist.
