The green bridge is a bridge over the ring road and the railway line that has been greened and designed as a modern park. As part of the "Green Belt", the green bridge has been connecting the Grandmother Meadow with the pheasantry since 2014.

The “Green Bridge” is a beautiful green area directly on the road tunnel.

The Fasanerie is a wooded landscape park covering around 75 hectares in the independent city of Aschaffenburg (Bavaria).

The Aschaffenburg Fasanerie is located east to northeast of the city center. It extends from the Schöntal Park across the Omammutwiese and the tunnels of the Ringstrasse and Maintalbahn to the Lufthofweg. To the north of the Fasanerie is the Austrian Colony district, and to the south is Bismarckallee. The Fasaneriesee is crossed by the Röderbach. The Godelsberg (247.6 m above sea level) to the southeast is included in the park design. The Franconian Marienweg leads through the Fasanerie.

The Fasanerie landscape park was created in 1779 under Archbishop and Elector Friedrich Carl Joseph von Erthal according to plans by Emanuel Joseph von Herigoyen in the Bürgerwäldchen of the city of Aschaffenburg. The park was originally fenced with planks. It was created as a game park and equipped with several fish ponds, a game enclosure and a pheasant enclosure. This replaced an older, similar facility in the Nilkheimer Wäldchen when it was converted into Schönbusch Park.
