The old parish church of Seis am Schlern, dating back to the 17th century, remains a popular pilgrimage destination. In the 17th century, more precisely in 1648, a Baroque church was built in the village center of Seis, initially serving as a branch church, then as a pilgrimage church, and finally as the parish church of Seis. The bell tower, with its thin, red roof tiles, round-arched twin windows, and four gargoyles, still reflects the Gothic style. The small church was consecrated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help in 1657.
