The listed Römeringe Hof (Hofstelle Hävern No.7), first mentioned in 1682 and probably considerably older, was rebuilt in 1796 after the great fire of 1795. It is now in the 10th generation of family ownership and is still one of the most worth seeing farms in this beautiful Weser village. The stork's nest on the roof of the house is well known.
