Nobody knows exactly how it started. But for decades this inconspicuous horse has been painted or decorated in different ways.
What was initially considered damage to property has now become a tourist attraction. The many layers of paint have already been removed from the city at least once. But these have currently reached a thickness of several millimeters again.
