From there you can only continue on foot. Left up the Friedolinshütte 2111 m above sea level & Grünhornhütte 2448 m above sea level the hut had eight places. It was not managed and only served as an emergency store. Their condition is described as "museum character". It has been closed since 2011 and is no longer available as an emergency shelter. However, it has been open to the public since 2013, access is provided by the Fridolinshütte. Right up to the Planurahütte 2947 m above sea level & Clariedenhütte 2453 m above sea level.
