The almost silent waterfall in Tierfed.
The Schreyenbach Falls used to be a natural attraction known throughout Switzerland. Since 1964, with the commissioning of the Linth-Limmern power plant, he has fallen silent. One frame literally took his breath away. The water from the Fisetenbach, which rises in the canton of Uri and feeds the Schreyenbach Falls, is collected for the purpose of producing electricity, which means it is withheld from the Schreyenbach Falls. However, after objections, the natural spectacle can still be watched 45 days a year. The Schreyenbachfall presents its impressive natural spectacle every year between June and August.

You should really come here when the Schreyenbach actually has water - this is only the case for 45 days a year, from June 18th to August 2nd when the waterfall can be admired in all its glory.(glarnerland.ch/de/map/detail/schreyenbachfall-d847ff81-2e0e-4fbe-8c5e-b68cbd4ce992.html)

An impressive sight even in winter with little water. Be careful of breaking ice!
