Hansa Park was founded in 1973. It was the first German Legoland to open, but it didn't last long due to a lack of visitors. The park had to close again in 1976 and was finally completely rebuilt and reopened as Hansaland. Always with a maritime theme, the theme of "The Hanseatic League in Europe" has been pursued for several years. The entire entrance area was designed particularly beautifully, but attractions have also been specifically focused on sights and cities in the entire Baltic Sea region and the Hanseatic League for some time now.
