Hiking
From the center of Tannheim, the path runs south for about 4 km to the Vilsalpsee. It takes 1 hour to walk to the front of the lake. Bus, only in the summer season and Tannheimer Alpenexpress need about 10 - 15 minutes.
It takes about 10 minutes by car. Please note that there is a driving ban between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in both directions.
