The successful redesign of the Angers below the St. Kilian Church in Dankmarshausen was recently completed. The church is the defining structure and at the same time the center of the historical location. It dates from 1440, but was destroyed in the village fire in 1723 and rebuilt by 1731. Inside, the church was extensively restored in 1878.
