Long Strand is beautiful beach that stretches far out into the distance. It is a great spot for watching sunsets and surfers, but please be aware that swimming is not advised due to the strong currents.

A beautiful, wild sandy beach behind dunes, with decent waves.

Walking on the sand (even on the wet sections) was tiring because you sink deep into it. The advantage: we had it almost to ourselves; many tried it but quickly gave up 😉
