Worth seeing in the city center are the historic old town with its many half-timbered houses, some of them from the 16th and 17th centuries, the Cathédrale Saint-Correntin and the Musée des Beaux Arts. Quimper is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Brittany. And rightly so, I think. The soaring spiers of the Saint-Corentin Cathedral dominate the medieval old town - you can see them from almost anywhere. If you stroll through the streets or along the Odet, you will quickly discover the three hearts that beat in Quimper: the heart of the gourmet city, that of the shopping city and that of the cultural city.

Hiking
The center with its small shops, cafes, crepe stands and restaurants has a nice atmosphere. Very overcrowded with tourists during the school holidays, otherwise definitely a must during a holiday in Brittany.
