Historic Town Hall (1768) - Engenhahn 🚴♂️You drive right past it – the historic town hall, located directly on the valley road through Engenhahn.
It was built around 1768 in the center of the village and formerly served as a school, bakery, and fire station. The small, graceful half-timbered building features a typical hipped turret with a clock and bell, and a weather vane from 1885. Today, it serves as the community center with a post office and is a popular meeting place for the local community… 🚴♂️

The ascent from Niederseelbach to Engenhahn is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful paths up to the Platte.
