The small church of San Floriano stands at an altitude of 1176 m, in the karst plateau of Cadolten, a place dedicated to sheep farming for centuries. Today it is a testimony of the profound religiosity that distinguished the malgari and of their devotion during the pasture. San Floriano was in fact "the saint who protects against fires", referring above all to the houses and huts whose wooden and rush roofs were easy prey to flames.
