Shortly after the Russians withdrew, this was still a covered terrace from which the generals watched the tank maneuvers. The maneuvering area was reproduced on the concrete surface in front of it. The railway line was even represented by real model railway tracks that were pressed into the fresh concrete. A few years ago the area was "renovated", the hiking trails drawn in and the marked buildings removed.
