Jungle Trail, Weltvogelpark Walsrode

Go on an adventure through the rainforest and experience over 80 exotic bird species that run around you or fly over you. The "Jungle Trail" is a project of EXPO 2000 registered under the motto "World Forum Forest" and was implemented by the Weltvogelpark in cooperation with the Indonesian government. Both partners involved in this project realized their ideas together, whereby in addition to the construction and design of this extraordinary rainforest hall, programs for the protection of endangered bird species in Indonesia and the exchange of know-how between the zoos of Indonesia and the World Bird Park were agreed.
