    The bridge over the Rubicone is an ancient Istrian stone bridge built in Roman times along the Rubicone river and is located in Savignano sul Rubicone, in Emilia-Romagna, already an ancient Roman center of Compitum, built at the intersection with the Via Regina which from Sarsina (Roman municipality of Sassina) led to Ravenna (Roman municipality of 89 BC) and the Via Emilia, built by the consul Marco Emilio Lepido in 187 BC.
