Tips
The path is easy to drive on because it is paved. Fastest connection between Saalburg and Sandplacken. Due to the unfortunately necessary deforestation, visual axes have emerged that I would like to do without in favor of an intact forest.

The route begins at the Saalburg on asphalt, which then becomes more and more porous. The upper third is a gravel road. For me a great route through the forest on the way to the Feldberg. Unfortunately, it also leads through large areas with destroyed trees.
