To ensure that spa guests didn't lack anything, the Kingdom of Bavaria had three churches built in its state spa in 1908. The Christ Church serves as the home of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination. The church building (architect Eugen Drollinger) combines modernity and various historical architectural styles. You can find elements here that have a Byzantine and Romanesque feel, as well as Art Nouveau elements. It is said that some of it is modeled on the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem.
