The bullring of El Bibio was inaugurated in 1888 with a run in the acted by Luis Mazzantini and Rafael Guerra, "Guerrita" The Civil War was destroyed and had to be you see, in 1997 a thorough restoration is completed. It was declared a Historic-Artistic Monument on March 20,1992.

Beautiful hike on the Camino del Norte. The paths are each marked with yellow arrows or on the ground with the typical Camino shell. There are various hostels for pilgrims or possibly hotels. I chose Hotel. Overnight in Gijon at Hotel Life Magenta. Hotel recommended, right on the Way of St. James. Gijon is a very beautiful city with a lot to offer. Gijon is the largest city in Asturias.
