Tips
The area next to the trail is mostly boggy. So staying on the trail is highly recommended. The wooden footbridge bridges the moor and there are more "moor puddles" at the top of the lakes.

The short sections over the moor offer many fantastic views. Here you can take a wonderful breather. The entire trail is marked every 200 meters. There is also a refuge about halfway.
