This is a wonderful idea. The path invites you to walk, sing and do gymnastics. And the new forest all around is growing too.

You won't spend a long time here, some of the songs are easy to sing along to.

Hikers can expect a 1.5-kilometer-long stroll through the beautiful forest landscape of the southern Harz on the Road of Songs. The hike begins in front of the Schindelbruch nature resort near the half-timbered town of Stolberg (Harz). In front of the main entrance to the hotel, visitors must now keep left to reach the entrance portal of the Road of Songs. Shortly afterwards, the first song station, "Listen, what's coming in from outside," crosses the path: The title and the first verse of the song to be sung are noted on two boards.
From here, a short and easy climb leads up the Auerberg. The path is partially asphalted and is lined with numerous benches. At regular intervals, the musical hikers pass a total of ten song stations until they finally reach the summit of the Auerberg. Once there, visitors can marvel at the impressive Joseph's Cross. It is the largest iron double cross in the world.
