Tips
The tarred and concrete road to the “Farol Ponta do Arnel” lighthouse and on to the small fishing port from Nordeste is unusually steep with a 35% incline. Driving on the street with tourist cars is not allowed. The road is also very narrow and - as can be seen from the pictures - concrete curves are lined up like a slalom course.
