A great natural monument! The pine was planted around 1648 and was not cut down but included in the reserve stock. This is done with individual trees to get strong timber or for seed formation. However, this always leaves those individual trees a little vulnerable to storms - but this one has held its own to this day. Great. Try clasping your jaws.
