The Clermont House is a house and former factory located on Von Clermontplein in Vaals in the Dutch province of Limburg.

It was initially a closed complex in classicist style, which was grouped around a courtyard. The south wing was the home, the west wing was the office, and the north and east wings housed a cloth factory and dye house. The cloth factory continued to function as such until 1924, then in 1926 the north wing was demolished, making the building U-shaped. The building was restored from 1975 to 1981 and then served as a town hall.
