Great place to have lunch or an afternoon tea with both inside and outdoor seating. The cafe is open from 9:30am to 4pm and they also offer bike hire.

There is nothing much else to do at Wenfordbridge, but there is a pottery shop and gallery, though it wasn't open when I was there.

Snail's Pace Cafe is a great place for breakfast, lunch and snacks. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

You can also hire bikes from here.

It's open from Mid March to the end of October but keep an eye on social media for winter 'pop-up' events.

Snail’s Pace is more or less thee destination in Wenford Bridge. In addition to advice already given. I’d just say get there early so you can have some time to to yourself before it gets busier later on. I cycled from Wadebridge at 09:00 and arrived around 10:00, about half an hour after they opened and it was just me there enjoying an exceptional bacon barm on toasted rosemary focaccia. Definitely ride there first for the reward of excellent food and friendly staff
