Symondshyde Wood & Hertswood Forest
Decided come from other side of Hertswood forest this time, because of the great weather loads walkers out. Instead doing a loop went my child's friends house to chill for 1 hour before heading back.

After moving home during last week and dealing TMJ flare up in my jaw , last one was 3.5 years ago struggling to get out due to the painand then on day I felt I was coming down was something, I managed press on the headwinds and rain in the end. Unsure if I'll be getting out next weekend, I'll see how I feel.

Pleased how the weather held out - no rain, no floods , loads of sunshine , but loads of sticky mud.
Got the bike serviced the day before with new raceface stem increased to 60mm from 50mm, unfortunately a few things were not fixed annoying creak from the last ride , thought was the saddle - cleaned

For once it was nice day out for ride even though it was muddy and wet in places. Managed to burp my front on mini bridge where I have crashes before this time I took the turn too sharply with lower pressures , sealant came out and had to put the tyre back via my co2 canister (1st one failed
