In late summer there are great figs straight from the tree behind the church

It is a Romanesque church, located in the middle of the small town of Pedret, built during the second half of the 12th century and made up of two farmhouses and the old rectory. It is a large temple, with a single rectangular nave with a semicircular apse, covered with a continuous pointed vault, and the apse has a quarter-sphere vault. At the top of the façade rises a belfry bell tower built with three pilasters and covered with a two-sloped roof. It has a small attached circular scaraguaite. The access door is formed by three semicircular voussoir arches in gradation, with a lintel and a smooth tympanum. In the apse there is also a remarkable window, with a semicircular arch. It presents the two slopes in gradation, with an archivolt in the shape of a smooth cylinder, supported by two columns crowned with capitals decorated with human heads. It preserves remains of the paint that covered it.
