Mainly evidence of the Baroque characterizes the homogeneous image of the Störmthal Church, which was expanded in 1722: the pulpit altar richly decorated with putti and carvings, the chalice-shaped baptismal font, the galleries and the stalls as well as the patronage box, through whose windows the coats of arms of the former manor owners are immortalized. A life-size crucifix carved from linden wood dates from the early 16th century. The Zacharias Hildebrandt organ from 1723, on which Johann Sebastian Bach once played and which has largely been preserved in its original state, is a gem. An exhibition in the adjacent building commemorates Friedrich Naumann, pastor, theologian, liberal politician and parliamentarian, who was born in the Störmthal rectory in 1860.The church belongs to the parish Probstheida-Störmthal-Wachau.
