Hiking

A hike on the recently reopened path at Fagradalsfjall is worthwhile. Because here you can get very close to the lava of Geldingadalir, which erupted on October 28, 2021. The lava has not completely cooled down yet, because there is still smoke everywhere. Nature is the best artist, as you can see from this lava face. It smiles right at you.
