How nice to be able to combine genuine, natural food with a bit of culture and history on the way. The Kapfenhardter mill is an excellent opportunity to do so. It has been in family ownership since 1693 and continues to use the power of water to grind grain. In the Mühlelädle you can buy the products produced here and strengthen you richly with fresh cereal products. Such a fresh mill bread is better than the nasty Fettfritten;)
