The Stabhüttenbrücher are an impressive quarry landscape that was created during the Weichselian Ice Age around 10,000 to 15,000 years ago. This area shows the traces of the last ice age and offers a special atmosphere of moors, swamps and diverse vegetation. When hiking through this landscape, you can enjoy the quiet nature and discover the geological formations that were created by the melting of the glaciers. The Stabhüttenbrücher give an impression of untouched nature and invite you to take in the history of the landscape.
