The hermitage of Sant Nicolau de Puig Castellar, popularly known as Sant Nicolau, is a chapel in the municipal area of L'Ametlla del Vallès, in the Vallès Oriental region.

It is located on top of a hill near l'Ametlla, about 700 meters to the north, with the bell tower of the parish church in the foreground.

It is dated in the year 1106.

Throughout the ages it has been reformed and enlarged, since on the façade of the tramontana corner there are still remains of a small barbican or eaves that shows the low height of its early days.
