The Kremer mill is a monument in Simonskall, municipality Hürtgenwald, Kreis Düren.
The master smith Simon Kremer built in 1643 the Kremer farm, the so-called castle. The mill was already built in 1622. She worked until the 1920s. Then it was used to generate electricity for the street lighting and the house.
It is a quarry stone construction on a nearly square ground plan with a hipped roof. The walls have small wooden windows. Under the towed pent roof is a small extension. The suspension of the overshot mill wheel and the upper ditch are still present.
The former mill now serves as a residential building.
The Kremer mill has been registered under No. 18 on 11 August 1983 in the list of monuments in Hürtgenwald.

The Kremer mill is one of the most beautiful houses in Simonskall.
Here you always feel a little back in time - safe due to the remote location but also through the beautiful old buildings.
