There is probably a stone passage across the stream when the water is low. Otherwise you have to take your shoes off and somehow wade through the water.

Ingenious passage! We came here directly after the hurricane with heavy rain over here and had to be flogged by high waves wading through the heavily risen river ... adventurous!
