Hiking
A branch was torn off by a storm in June 2018 and damaged the roof of the chapel. This could not simply be removed due to the protection of the monument and was protected by a tarpaulin. The tree could be saved by pruning and tensioning ropes, ribbons and ropes.
The trunk is almost as big as the chapel is wide
I only found out about the chapel that it belongs to the Free State
