The Fluhmühle run-of-river power plant went into operation in 1944.
Below the barrage, a wild stream flows into the Iller and has formed a small gravel delta there.
Above the barrage you will find the nicer of the two rest areas with a view of the dammed Iller and a small boat mooring.The fish counting basin is also noteworthy. The fish are held there on the fish ladder until they have been counted, measured and determined. I guess that's done every day. You can look into the chamber through a pane of glass.
