The water tower (Vandtårn) is one of Løkken's landmarks. It was built on a dune in the city center in 1916/1917 on behalf of the local waterworks according to plans by the architect Axel P. Gudnitz. The compact round tower with a pointed roof, which has a volume of 175 cubic meters, was in operation until 1975.
