The Church of San Vittore. The symbol of the island

The most striking of all the sights on Isola dei Pescatori is the Church of San Vittore. This national monument has attractions such as an original apse decorated with single arched windows from the 11th century. The church was later expanded to include two chapels dedicated to the Sacred Heart and the Virgin. The church of San Vittore has presented itself in its current size since around 1600.
