Formerly a part of the rubber factory Phoenix. At the end, airbags were produced here. Many years of vacancy, vandalism and creeping decay, today renovated and company headquarters. The entire area of the former Phoenix Works has been redesigned, today it is called the "Phoenix Quarter" with supermarkets, practices and offices.

This large hall on the former grounds of Phoenix AG, with its interesting statics and impressive shed roofs, was built around 1956. The hall is named after the company director at the time of its construction, Ludwig Paschen. It was designed by August Albert Steinborn, an architect and visual artist who was primarily active in the reconstruction of the war-torn city of Hildesheim. After the closure of the Phoenix site in Hildesheim, the building stood empty for years. Today, the renovated former industrial hall, which is a listed building, is used as a residential and office building.
