There are five places to access Dalt Vila. The most imposing entrance is from the port side through the Portal de ses Taules. This city gate is also the first sight. The way into the city first leads over a drawbridge. On either side of the gate are replicas of statues from Roman times. Once the strong walls have been crossed, the path leads through the courtyard. It used to be stored here
Security guards, today mostly jugglers delight the entering tourists.
