The Moulin du Broukay was built in the 1950s and played an important role in the industrial development of the Meuse Valley. The mill was built by Fernand Garcet and designed by his son, Robert Garcet. He employed ten to twelve workers. The small tower next to the building was used as a home for the caretaker. This mill was used for crushing flint and producing gravel thanks to a crusher. This production was mainly used for sanding metal parts, a product widely used by the foundries in the region. Flint was also used in the manufacture of certain filters. Over time, production decreased until it disappeared completely. The building was preserved, the walls were protected and the screening and storage areas were transformed to make way for a new activity. Currently the mill has been transformed into a cultural and leisure centre, with a restaurant and banquet rooms. Seven signposted walks in the Sint-Pietersberg region also depart from here.

Moulin du Broukay is a place to stay between the village of Ében and Wonck. It is nice to stay here. The terrace is partly in the shade and the tents are often used as a cultural and leisure centre and reception centre, it is also a place for giving seminars and recreational and pedagogical activities. From Moulin du Broukay you can also walk towards the Tower of Ében Ezer.
