It is a dry moor with maidenhair moss and various grass species, e.g. narrow-leaved cotton grass, moor grass, grey sedge, etc., surrounded by pine forest, which is almost treeless due to ditches and groundwater extraction.

A partially dry area with grasses and mosses, surrounded by pine forest and a part of the stream with a pond, moor and source area. Bog lilies and cranberries, plants on the red list, occur here. The stream still meanders naturally and is accompanied by tall herbaceous plants.
