From here you have a very nice view of the small city canal and the Havelberg Cathedral enthroned on the mountain.

The Steintor Bridge crosses the moat from the "mainland" to the city island and was opened to traffic on August 25, 2006. The federal road 107 runs over the bridge. The first bridge over the moat mentioned in 1692 was a wooden drawbridge.
And the first stone bridge over the moat was built between 1912 and 1913. However, the bridge was destroyed in the course of acts of war in 1945, but was rebuilt in 1948.
